Because LED and IC belong to semiconductor devices, they are critical of the environmental conditions, preferably at room temperature about 25 C, and their working mechanism is the best. But in fact, a large outdoor screen will be used in different temperature environments. In summer, it may be above 60 C, and in winter, it may be below - 20 C. When a manufacturer manufactures a product under the test condition of 25 degrees Celsius, classifies different products into different grades, but the actual operation condition is 60 degrees Celsius or - 20 degrees Celsius. Then the efficiency and performance of LED and IC are not consistent. It may be that the original one-grade products will become multi-grade ones, the brightness will not be the same, and the screen will naturally become more expensive. This is because under different temperature conditions, the attenuation and decline of the brightness of red, green and blue lamps are different. At 25 C, the white balance is normal, but at 60 C, the brightness of the three colors of LED decreases, and their attenuation values are inconsistent, so the whole screen brightness decreases and deviates.
